How do you manage to keep your prices so low?
It's a recession! We have low prices because we look for low cost wholesale items to make into fabulous jewellery and accessories for you! But low cost doesn't mean low quality at all!
Why are there only one or two copies of an item available?
We like unusual items. Why spend a fortune on an item that you can see on anybody and everybody walking down the street? We only make a limited number of items so that you know you will be wearing one of only a few copies.
I want a sold out item, will you be restocking it?
That often depends on which item it is. If you email us at info@overdramaticdesigns.co.uk we can let you know if an item will be back in stock and how soon we can ship it to you.
Do you do individual orders?
If you would like an individual piece of jewellery making, or you see something you like but would prefer it in a different/colour or style just ask us! We can negotiate a low price for personalised items.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in the UK and mainly ship to the UK only. If you are from abroad, and are interested in purchasing any of our items please contact us and we will see what we can do.
How much is postage and packaging?
For the UK we charge £2.00 for orders totalling under £25.00 any orders exceeding this amount will receive free postage and packaging.
I want to return an item how do I do that?
If you are unhappy with an order and wish to return it please email us before you send an item back. Items that are returned without email notification will not be fixed/replaced. Our Returns Policy can be found here.
How long do items take to be delivered?
We dispatch orders within one business day of the orders being received. On Mon-Thurs items will be dispatched the next day. Orders taken Fri-Sun will be dispatched on the following Monday. All items are sent first class so should arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched.
