Orders are only dispatched once payment (inc Postage and Packaging) has been received in full.

Orders are dispatched within one business day.
If an item becomes unavailable then an alternative or a full refund will be offered.
Over-Dramatic Designs takes no responsibility for any damage that any happen to items during delivery.

Over-Dramatic Designs holds the rights to change prices of products without prior notice.
Some jewellery may differ slightly to the pictures shown and dimensions are given where appropriate.

You must be a Fan of Over-Dramatic Designs before making a purchase otherwise this offer is not valid.
The name appearing as the cardholder must be the person who is the Fan on Facebook.
We hold the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notification.
Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have received please send us an email at info@overdramaticdesigns.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item and we can then arrange either an exchange or refund.
Please do not return items before emailing us.
Refunds cover the cost of the item in question; we do not refund delivery charges.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable.
If returning an item you are responsible for the cost of returning that item and ensuring that it reaches us.
